Church Lane has full floor, wall, and ceiling insulation, triple-glazed windows, and MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) to keep heat in and fresh air flowing.

The solar installation now works alongside a new battery, with most heating supplied by solar immersion through a thermal store.

This is a 'self-build' house, designed with a fabric-first approach and sustainable features built in.

The house has level access and 800mm wide doors downstairs for wheelchair access. There is a downstairs toilet which is also wheelchair accessible. Viewing most aspects and discussion will be downstairs or outside. Viewing the heating system is upstairs and accessible by normal domestic oak stairs with handrail.

There is parking along Church Lane and nearby, particularly on Aintree Drive where it connects with Church Lane for pedestrian access
