Ham Farm Lane have managed to reduced their gas use by around 25% by improving insulation in various areas of the house.

On the roof, solar panels paired with a battery have reduced our home openers' CO2 production by about 12 tonnes in just over two years, and electricity bills are almost down to the standing charge.

They're now considering installing an Air Source Heat Pump, and have had a survey which evaluated how to make this best work in their home.

Energy measures at Ham Farm Lane:

  • Solar panels on roof
  • Battery storage
